You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Free of visible wear, odors, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
Quality Issues & Defective Products
If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@altraarunninrrg.it.com. We will prioritize your case and provide a prepaid return label.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at info@altraarunninrrg.it.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.
- Print the label, securely pack the item, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Return Shipping Costs
Returns are free. No restocking fees apply. We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible domestic returns from the contiguous U.S. and Canada.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.
